Masha-Allah , Great job. Ramadan Mubarek, Could you please clarify these few points. First, if the child is in 10 th grade now and once we will be there by Sept or Aug 2024 than is the child based TRC can be applied ( 92 child,122 parents) As our kid will be going to 11th grade and by that time 15 years old of age and is it possible to get the admission by that (Please do answer this one). Secondly, if the school are till 12 grade or 10 grade. Lastly, Do Father and mother both have to be working or example for file locking and pay taxes or Father would be enough to lock file and pay taxes. Please do clarify these points. I will highly appricaite your kind reply. Watching your videos and liking your honesty.

Jazakallah Khair, Ramadan Mubarak to you to. Yes the father can be the principle applicant and the only tax payer the dependents doesn't pay the tax. you can do the schook admission once you are here it starts in June - July. good luck

Under article 88 you should not leave the country. But in 89 as a investor if you have valid Schengen visa you can travel and pay your taxes while you are running your business in Portugal.

You can travel to any country once you have the TRC, keep paying your taxes on time and don't stay out of Portugal for more then 6 months.
