Thank you! I just stumbled upon your channel last night. As a chemist I really appreciate your explanation of pH. So many KZbinrs suggest vinegar and baking soda (often together! 😮) without truly understanding what they actually do. Your cleaning suggestions make perfect sense from a chemical standpoint. Bravo!

Having just, by pure chance, come across your toilet cleaning video, I took to heart your plea to check out this pH video and was most definitely not disappointed. If only material like this had been available & offered in my ancient High School days, I might have benefitted from a much better understanding, and likely retaining, of this useful information. Instead, material from the dusty tomes and aged wannabe scientists who tried to teach us this stuff, left it going in one ear and out the other. Anyway, as a proud new subscriber, I thank you for providing such practical, well presented, and enjoyable content. I must go now to make a cup of tea and seize the opportunity to binge on some more of your work.

I'm here from your toilet cleaning video; you are correct, this video IS really good! Thanks for your hard work & for sharing it with us. What I have found most useful is the knowledge that specific fabrics can be damaged just by contact with a a product of incompatible pH ... of course that makes perfect sense NOW, but I'd never really thought about it before...duh! Even if this video DID take you 8 years to make, it became available not long before I needed to see it, & for that I am grateful! Nice job! Also, we need more Irish people on KZbin! ☘Yay!🥳 God bless!😇 ["STOP Wasting Your Time Cleaning with the WRONG pH!" via Cleaning How To] [12.1.2024]

@@CleaningHowTo Thanks again! As a 2nd generation American of 100% Irish ancestry (unusual to be undiluted in the States at this point!), I have a great love for Ireland & the Irish.☘ Few things delight me as quickly as hearing a lovely Irish brogue... such a spirit-lifting surprise when I encounter one! The magical lilt of an Irish voice is a gift to the world & should be encountered more often! Strange perhaps, but listening to your voice talk about cleaning makes me happy! Haha! [12.4.2024]

I’m binge watching your videos! I already use less chemicals now a days but I still find myself going back to Clorox clean up as a multi purpose cleaner for bathrooms and kitchen (except some surfaces) I find it works like soap, removing oils and leaves everything white where it needs to be and it works as a disinfectant so I use it a lot because I don’t have to keep switching to different products for different areas. Can you make a video for something that we could substitute for it just as great if not better?? Although it’s multi functional my lungs don’t appreciate it!! 😅😅😅
