Sage advice. Slow down, stick to the basics and don't assume anything. Thank you for the video!

Great video. Crazy. I tell people all the time that new doesn't mean a thing. We think we are so good with all the automation, computers, cnc, etc. But I see stuff like this all the time with cylinder heads, carburetors, you name it. Gotta check it all unfortunately

Great video... I've always been an engine and manual transmission guy.... I do want to learn automatics... may start with a C4...

Always learned more in lab class or power mechanics than I did reading or being lectured to. Your very good at your profession and transferring that info. Shouldn’t have to double/triple check replacement parts for screws etc. Seeing more formerly solid aftermarket parts brands turning to trash. Taiwan quality seems better than Chinese if those are the choices. And then you throw in the counterfeits and your blood pressure goes up more. Lol. Happy New Year 🎈

Going forward you'll be eagle eyed for a missing screw and probably never find one missing ever again.

Wow , good find . Who'd of thought. Definitely a good tip. I always weigh the modulator on a scale and adjust the screw tension , usually got to screw in a couple turns to get spring tension LOL on Sundays yes , some think we're a 24/7 advice line . I try to ignore weekend messages now

Jay, on one of your builds I bought. The main pump was an issue I had. And thrust. . Ended up putting a NOS PUMP AND FRONT HOUSING new hard and clutch softs. Found a couple other issues.

Not easy to find an NOS pump on anything much over 10 years old these days.

parts quality is really suffering. i have personally wasted lots of time with poor quality part's . a friend of mine at a local shop spent 7 hours replacing a heater core for a customer only to have it leak because it was never fully welded/sealed.

Hello government lawmakers/regulators....most small business owners work every day. Please stop trying to drive us out of business. I'm talking especially to you fools in California, Colorado, and almost everywhere in the northeast. But, lo, I doubt any of you would be watching a video about a C6 with a pressure problem; so I'm talking to myself.
