I believe that you mentioned before, that it's like tuning into a radio station. Radio waves are broadcast over the air all the time, and if you wanted to listen to a certain channel, you'd just tune into that frequency for that station. So we must tune into a positive frequency, in order to receive a positive outcome. I can explain this now, because I am learning so much from your guidance. If this was taught in school, our young people would have a more positive future to look forward to. The best way I've come to understand it is we have a brain (physical), the spirit (metaphysical), and the mind is the highway between the two. Like the mind is a road or pathway that the spirit can use to give us thoughts or send us messages that we can perceive on the physical level. I think meditation can serve as a way to make this pathway stronger and how we are able to access the metaphysical though meditation.

Thank you so much for this explanation of Kemetic or African spirituality. While I'm not a practitioner of any religious faith I'm compelled to believe that there is a metaphysical force (call it God, energy, consciousness, etc.) that created the universe and life, and that that force is due praise and worship. Acknowledgment of this is humility (not negative energy) that there is something greater than ourselves and that when we encounter troubles or matters in life that we can't fix or even understand (because as humans we don't know it all) there is a force that we can turn to fix whatever troubles us or provide understanding. Acknowledgement of the force's sovereign power and our attitude of humility is what allows us to commune in spirit with that force through prayer and meditation. Therefore, in my assessment we worship the Creator, not creation (although we are thankful for creation as we are a part of it). There is no equality between that force and creation. I'm not aware of any man, past or present that can create a pebble or atom, not to mention a universe (or multi-verses) and life. I worship that force.

Hi Brother, quick add, modern day Hinduism (you'll see the trickle from the Vedas, to the Upanishads, to the puranas, to today, etc. how exactly the non-dual formed into dual, in various sects) has simplified itself to make devotion as a path to liberation in the afterlife, where Tantra (no, not the commodified, sexualized, Western and European bull) shows pathways to knowledge with direct experience, embodiment, back during the times of our ancient Kemetic brothers and sisters. Our lineages that built up our power, were shattered by those that created a monolith of God as a hierarchical power. It's amazing how in our blood, in our ancestral knowledge that never leaves us, is prompting us to realize our own eyes from the lies. Keep going! We right there with you.

There are a number of mental tools that I teach. But realize that just first recognizing it is a HUGE step. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 One simple technique I call the pancake method. When you catch yourself thinking negatively, CHOOSE (and it is a choice) to flip it (like a pancake) to something positive. Purposely find something positive think about. 💪🏿 And don't beat yourself up if it doesn't all change overnight. You said you have been that way for 58 years, so allow yourself some grace and time to change. It's a process.

But what my Kametaphysics course especially will give you the ability to tap into your innerverse in ways that are oftentimes simple but very powerful and empowering. The idea of a KRST is usually very limited. But what if you could tap into a future self in an area you want success in and learn from it? What if you could learn to decode your dreams in a way that become a tool to help you realize when you are stuck in a shadow aspect and not even realize it? What if you could surf consciousness and experience like you do the web? These are these ideas I help individuals make sense of and put it into a modern context that we can grasp. What a great question thank you for that. There is NO THING outside of you that you NEED. You can "pool" energy with others. That's one reason I cultivate positive energy on my channel through my content. You can send someone the gift of your energy, but they may not be at a level of consciousness to receive it or experience it. So you cannot intercede for anyone that is not open and willing of your energy. It works the opposite too. No one outside of you can impact you energy UNLESS you believe they can (like a curse). But if you believe they can, it is your belief ABOUT the curse that has power, not anything they do. I hope that makes sense.

Ive been on this liberation journey for about 3 years, and although I still attend the same church, Im there not for my salvation, but to cultivate relationships instead of running from them. They mean well...I truly believe it, but I no longer connect with some teachings. However they push and teach love...a teaching I truly endorse.

Once I did, a weight lifted. I could then start thinking about other options. Once I did that I could see a way out. Once I had hope, I could move beyond depression. I just took it step by step. But first I had to decide to change my way of thinking about the situation.
