Hello Catherine! Thank you. I am sorry that you are going through this. I discovered it because my hair was dry and shedding. The water quality changes in my area (in the winter months), but I had no idea about this (shampoo/water strips) until I looked it up. It helped me, so I wanted to help you all with this info. in hopes that it helps you also. If you make these changes and are still shedding a lot, please contact me. I am here to help! Have a great day.

Hello Vera, You are very welcome. Honestly, I felt like the water was so much "softer" with the shower head filter. I hope it helps you. (p.s.- if you are trying one from Amazon, please test out a few before committing to one. Take advantage of the free returns until you find the right one for you). Many blessings ox

My hair does ok with our water…. BUTTTT my daughter struggles with really dry hair. I’m thinking it’s her products AND not being consistent with moisturizing properly 😩 She’s 33 and I literally had to push her in a chair and do her hair last week! Wash, conditioner, leave in and oil 😂😂 I told her Mommy has to help you girl!!! But this was definitely a very informative video about the water softener 🥰

I shaved my head, when the hair grows back it's very brittle and dry. I'm going to try this, hope it helps my hair.

Hello Terry, This also happened to me when I shaved off my hair. Try these things as well as an all natural leave in spray (1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup aloe vera juice-NOT the gel) this helped my hair to feel soft like butter, but then I found out that I was allergic to aloe...smh. I hope this helps. And if you have any further questions, I am here to help. Many blessings. ox

Hello Jass, I was diagnosed with Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia. 💥Do you suggestion putting oil on your scalp when you have Alopecia? I am seeing some good results since I started using herbal powders as a mask twice a month. I do wash and conditioner my hair every week and use a tea rinse, but I use the herbal powders twice a month.

Hello Loise, I am very sorry to read that you are going through this. Please know that you are not alone. I think if you are seeing results, stick to what you are doing (great job by the way). There are natural oils that would be beneficial to use, but everyone is different. You may need to patch test, just to make sure that your scalp is not too sensitive to the oil. Please send me an email. I would like to give you a few tips that you can try. Until we connect, have a great day! ox
