Perfect example of why the word P.I.G.S exists - Napoleon, Snowball, squealer, in a book animal farm that my mother used to read to me when I was little, has made more and more sense over the decades. At the moment there is a pastor in Canada who is being arrested and then detained for days sometimes months and is rearrested once he is out again. This has been ongoing for over a year now for him. All for feeding the homeless and opening his church during cvd. Because he didn't back down, they are trying to "Stalin" him into submission. Seen same traffic officer here in Poland. I reported that cars are parked on Pedestrian zone. Traffic police came and i showed them long ass line of cars behind sign. What was an answer? "Tell me why did you report them n waste our time?" I was in shock. then after explaining "I didn't see them driving in there so can't do anything about it" Then how did they get there when its prohibited to drive n park? "IDK, maybe someone towed them there or were dropped by a parachute?"

Because that is how the law works. You can't just assume that they drove. As someone else mentioned in the comments, could as well be somebody else who drove the vehicle there. They need to actually see or have proof of the vehicle moving to charge them with ''driving''.

It's surprising how there is such a difference in attitude with the police in Russia. I remember when almost all SADB videos ended at the station, then more recently there's been a bunch of good officers, now again it's starting to go back to sad examples of officers. Keep up the good fight SADB

The girl can also file report for that officer taking picture of her identity card that is illegal (taking photos of people is not illegal only photographing identity documents with personal numbers and other personal data is a violation to any court that can be charged as the personal phone device is not officially certified & homologated for such actions, so the officer is photographing the girl personal id card by it's own will not according to the laws ..

I wonder if there is no such thing as unlawful detention of people. Here, the police have to charge you on the spot, and tell you what you are charged with and under what law, and if they do something they are not allowed to, there will be consequences. Because of that, police officers generally tend to NOT do this, as they know there will be problems for them, if they do it without a clear cut reason. It seems that most laws are arbitrary and up for interpretation by the individual officers, and if they do something that is not actually right, there is no risk of getting in trouble for it.

The problem is that the mayor is the same, only he is not sitting in a patrol car, but somewhere in a paid bath with corrupt women, in the basement of a police station or a court building or next to these buildings. (for example, we have such a sauna in the house and another sauna in the building of the district court across the road). This must have been a new spot with a new police station handling this kind of raid for the first time, they were so inefficient and not very knowledgeable of the law. I hope you can sue those horrible cops personally for their behavior or have them written up. The long time at the station was their way of punishing you. Yeah, i know it should not be needed, but i still feel they should carry small cards, with the different laws on. "This is not a pavement, this is the buildin grounds" - hand them a card, that shows the cadestral map, that says it is a pavement. "This is not a pavement" - hand them a card, that states the law about a pavement being seperated from the road with a lawn and a fence. "This is not a pavement" - Hand them a picture of the entrance to the pavement, where the "Pedestrian zone" sign is visible "This is vandalism" - Hand them a card, that has the law that says that vandalism is an irreversible process that cost X rubles. "We have always been parking here" - hand them a picture of a tow truck, towing a car from there. etc. etc. Would probably save them a lot of arguing with the stu*id people.

He means that he did not see that particular person drive the car up there. When it comes to legality, for all he knows it was driven by someone else so without verification, he cannot legally charge this guy with driving on the sidewalk. At that moment all he can say for sure is that a car which is likely in that guys name, is illegally parked on the sidewalk. It was not until the guy confessed to driving there that the cop could legally ticket him.

The theory behind it is that its supposed to save time for regular police to deal with more serious offences, because the traffic offences and "minor" issues can be dealt with by the traffic Police. In operation, the regular Police tend to be called out anyway, and so it still wastes their time.

I think it's a great idea. Traffic offenses are not criminal in nature, so it makes sense to have separate traffic police. This would give regular cops much more time to go after actual criminals.

@@glennallen496 Unfortunately while it looks great on paper, it doesn't usually work that way in operation. New Zealand (as an example) used to have a separate traffic police branch until 1992 when they merged with the regular Police due to a number of issues with the system.

Ovo je samo dokaz da ne može baš svako da se bavi ovakvim akcijama! Ja stvarno ne mogu i ne želim da razumem sve pojedince koji krše zakon i ubeđuju se sa ljudima koji im skreću pažnju na to! Kao prvo ne bi ni trebali kršiti zakon, a već ako rade to kada im se neko obrati i objasni im ( ono što već znaju ), trebali bi se izviniti i otići, to je ljudski. A policajci koji "obavljaju" svoju dužnost ovako kao iz ovog video snimka trebali bi da se stide, ovo je njihova sramota kao ljudi i kao organa u službi građana!

Such a worst service Cop service I ever seen, don't even have statement copy to write on spot for any complaint and even worst is that The man drove into the side walk without caring public safety and complains on property damage on his car which is silly since it can be removed with water and scraper. But police least bother of public concern and takes away those people who are fighting for good cause they are been detained and taken to station but not the one who broke the law. The officers are simply trying to intimidate SADB from creating more work for them. All of this is a waste of time, but they don't realize it'll just invigorate SADB even further. Eventually it'll become such an issue, that they either deal with it honestly or the piles of malpractice/time waste (which benefit SADB's movement) will end up on a supervisor's desk. That' supervisor isn't going to risk his/her career on having to deal with traffic violations in a corrupt manner, because they will get taken to court over it and that presiding judge won't put their neck out for someone who doesn't wanna deal with traffic violations properly. It is a lose-lose situation for the police, but if they deal with it honestly they might still have their careers. This has already happened with the Moscow crews, as over the decades the police have become more and more honest with their dealing with SADB. The legal precedence has been set, and policy for dealing with SADB has been implemented.

Oh noes. That looks like a step in the wrong direction for these officers and the police station in general. Overall the police and traffic police officers were going through great development within the last years. Issues with your activists were still occuring, but less and less. And now these incompetent wannabe-officers who doesn't seem to know the basic statutory requirements are spoiling it all. Hopefully this will set up their colleagues that much that they get a personal refreshment on these topics. All the best to you and your activists! Be safe out there.
