Not clear at all. You have to line up the arm pits (basically) of both players and figure out the really bad angle. When you fix the angle, the attacker will look more onside.

That's the way it works. "May" is not enough. If there's not enough evidence then the call on the field stands. There's no "despite," it's how that works.

MLS cash grab.. Why play the same team a bunch of times to decide the winner? All the other leagues in the world are 1 game and winner advances to Quarters, Semis, Final. It's not the best out of three games or 5 or 7 games. .. one (1) is the only chance you get.

They need the to get rid of the one game playoff format. Both games have been bad so far, as it makes the game dull, as both teams don’t want to take too many risk and making the games low scoring. Make it two legged game or best of three all the way until the final, because you had more attacking play as they knew they had another chance to win the round. That would remove the home field advantage for higher seeds. The whole reason to get a higher seed is to get home field advantage. Personally, the playoff system needs to be removed. Just have the top team in each conference play each other in a three game series where the third game is at a neutral site.

When they paused the camera when Barreals boot touched the ball, his foot was actually in the air along with the ball just slightly. It’s actually when the boot genuinely touched the ball when the line is determined and he wasn’t just offsides at that moment. There also better angles that we can’t see that the VAR can see. They are humans just like us and can see the way play too, if it truly was offsides it would’ve been called.
