I use 4 D-Lineman + 1 LB off the edge, 2 LB’s in man or zone, 2 safeties, 2 CBs Helps run support while covering quick passes in the middle OR 4 DL + 1 LB off the edge, 1 LB, 2 safeties, 1 NB, 2 CBs Helps run support + overall coverage
