He told me "Instead of just talking why do t you give us some specific examples which I bet you can’t" I proceeded to tell him 5 items which I found at least 50% cheaper on other websites!! I actually live 10 minutes from this store. They are extremely overpriced. They are literally selling used items at full price for most of there items. Ive gone there many times and half the items there have been sitting there for years. There are 6-7 other thrift shops in the area that are church ran and they offer better items. The coke items in the store is amazing but barely anyone buy it lol. Most people don't under though Poway is the range of mid upper class and sometimes ultra rich. It varies drastically. People here do drop $1k-2k like it's nothing sometimes. There's a lot of retired people in the area. Also those people you see in these videos. I've never ever since any of them actually working in the store. lol

@@danieljaimes263 Actually, I can confirm the Marano glass is actually that’s expensive because we got some in the storage locker my boss she bought and within two days we paid off the walker. We paid $1000. We made 1500 from just the glass and I’ll be honest with you we were really conservative with all that glass 50 bucks apiece and it was all gone in two days.

It seems that many of the negative comment viewers do not understand that much of what you see as higher priced items are not sold in the store but on online, through Ebay and other sources.. They may even keep some of it in the store for sale until it sells online somewhere on wamhatever platforms they use. And believe it or not many of those higher dollar items like say those crystals are sold and bought by serious collectors and museums even. Or maybe a retailer of a specialty glassware shop may buy out the entire collections of expensive glassware just to sell them at a higher price at a shop downtown in some way overpriced specialty shop in a well to do district in a large city. I use to work for a thrift store for shipping and receiving and inventory control. We often would get a storage buyout of goods like furniture that are practically all brand new and at best floor model display pieces and we had retailers who would come in and buy the entire lots out of our warehouse before they ever hit the floor to be sold and priced for public sale. These retailers would pay more than what we would sell them off the sales floor for and we made good profit. You need to k ow how the system works before you speak from ignorance of not knowing.
