I know I'm a year late to the party, but wanted to say - to be fair to the guy with all that glassware at 12:25 you'd be surprised how much glassware like that (if authentic) actually goes for. Collectors don't give a damn how gaudy or awful a piece is, it's the name of the company or person who made it they're after. And there is HUGE money in certain glassware pieces. And same goes for all that furniture - if it's solid wood with decent construction and some age to it, that too is worth a pretty packet. Solid wood furniture is much rarer these days, in the age of MDF, plywood and particle board construction (like Ikea stuff) and so holds their value very well. Each piece is a good $200-300 at the very bottom end even without a decent manufacturer name attached.

I was working on this guys house in Hollywood and he was a collector of antiques. He had this 100 year old stain glass bowl looking thing that was a light, couldnt be more than 5 inches. Apparently he spent $25,000 on it. Youd be blown away by how much little stuff like that can be worth.
