27:00 looks like a mezuzah. it is a thing that Jewish people put on our doorposts. inside is a scroll containing a hebrew prayer. it is probably worth around 20 or 30 bucks. there are fancy ones that can go for more money but most are not terribly expensive or valuable.

The accessory is a 'dickie'... lol.... used under a sweater to mock a turtleneck without the warmth of an extra layer of clothing. those galoshes or rubber boots for over those fancy Italian shoes on rainy days or sleet/snow. Realistically, they can also be used as forms for concrete boots when 'swimming off the pier'.

That black half shirt with the collar is called a "dickie", it's worn under a button down shirt to imitate a sweater. Alex, you missed your calling, there's still time to start your acting career. 😉 those Italian shoes are very expensive. Price them well when you sell. 1980s Paintings by Mary Czarnecki are sold between 800$ to 10K so 1/1 must be more expensive! There are 2 painters names LOHR: if it’s August Löhr's work (german American) you need to know that his paintings has been offered at auctions multiple times with crazy prices reaching up to 300K USD, but from the writings I saw Lohr72 I think that’s the painter Roy W. Lohr (American) his paintings are sold from 200$ up to 10/20K depending on the auctions and how old is the painting! Also some clothes I saw and that bowl and 92 box with hand engravings are vintage, and there is a silver pen (brand: Monte Blanc) that you didn’t put with other expensive pens (black cap with white star) is expensive! Great find 👏🏼 good luck.
