hi. the binance dex wallet is great for trading. just tap the logo, enter your password, and your in. go to USDT (for example) and get the recieve or deposit tab. copy the deposit link. go back to safepal and into your USDT account. press send, put in the copied link in send address and network ERC20 for example. put in dollar amount you want to send. once received you can trade crypto properly using limit orders etc. once you purchase a crypto on Binance you can shift it back to your safepal to regain control of your keys. good luck

I had to reinstall my SafePal wallet and when I installed and used to my 12 word passphrase, my wallet returned empty. For some reason my passphrase didn't recover my previous I have try so much but still showing new wallet address keep popping up lost all my funds I have email to the teams but haven’t get any reply yet.

Why does my balance say zero? It shows it was recieved the date and the amount in green. But then above it it says sent and the amount that was sent in red and it's the same amount that was recieved. I didn't send it anywhere. So when I go to transaction history it shows an address, so I tap on address and follow it. It goes to where it says it took out 10, but my balance is zero. There are no funds there. Where did my crypto go. When I follow the transaction again that says it took out 10, it goes to another address. When you scroll down it shows the transaction thats on the front page recieved and sent with a different address. How do I find my cripto.

In order to swap inside SafePal, it must be carried inside the wallet. You can search for the token/coin if it’s there, it can be swappable. If not, you may have to do it on an exchange that Carries it

You have to go through the transfer process nad it'll be shown during the process, you still have the option to cancel and choose priority levels. (High standard, low, and the $ amount is different for each)

When you open up the wall it on the bottom the second one to the right button with the two arrows is the swapping. Click on that and at the top choose ETH and the bottom choose BNB. Make sure you specify the amount you want to swap. This is explained in the video as well hopefully this helps

Depending on the crypto you are sending you need a crypto to pay gas fees. For example, if you send BNB or any token that is part of the Binance Smart Chain Network, you’re going to need BNBbep20 (not a lot) to pay for gas fees. If you send anything in the ethereum network you’re going to need ethereum inside the wallet. If you don’t have any, you’re going to need to buy it. You’re can buy it inside the SafePal With credit / debit card.

What type of crypto is Hokk? Is it on the ethereum network? Or Smart Chain? To find out go to coingecko check the contract and see. If it’s ethereum then you can swap it in uniswap. If it’s smart chain it’s pancakeswap
