It's so silly that PSA doesn't say why a card got a bad grade, especially if there are no visible flaws. It's like they're saying, "We're the almighty powerful grading company and we don't have to justify anything we do. So there!"

I recently have the same story about using PSA Super Express. I sent a 2003 Topps Base Lebron and it came back a 6! It has no obvious defects other than top to bottom centering being a little off, expected a 9 but would've understood an 8. One would think the decent thing to do in these situations that PSA would reimburse or give credit to their customers who submit at these higher levels when their grade isn't going to be high. Obviously we think a card will have high "declared value" to spend our own money on a premium service level. If interested Chris, I'm happy to send pics with additional info for another video.

I’m glad he got a 10 because those are very hard to come by at HGA. People are sleeping on HGA but they are expanding to have 3 locations pretty soon. If PSA wants to remain the leader in the upcoming years, they’re gonna have to have a more premium quality slab. Better plastic is all they’ll need to do.
