Tony you are a very handsome man. I don't say that lightly. Your voice is soothing to the ears. I am one of those people who are wapped up tight. You relax me so l can sleep a little. I enjoy your stories. I just found a book The Poetical Works of Thomas Moore. If I can't hear you I will be reading this. Thank you for the work you do. From Louisiana.

Devil of the Marsh is my favourite of these two. You got very stern at one point and I was suddenly flung back into 7th grade, a hundred years ago or so, and I had inexplicably angered my teacher again. I WAS listening! At least I wasn't smacked with a ruler this time. Great Narration! I liked the green faerie orbs floating around.

Your choice in the treatment of the frog/man in the second story sounded just right. I am glad, though, that he doesn't have a long-winded soliloquy as that would be pretty rough on your throat. Perfect short stories for Halloween!🎃👻

Loved the very special and informative conversation between Sheila and yourself. Hopefully she will be able to recommend some natural choices for dealing with Fibromyalgia. The meds I'm given don't really do much over time and I would LOVE an alternative to big pharma. Now, back to the stories. 😊 💜
@DestinyKiller
@DestinyKiller 11 ай бұрын
I know some people have good luck with CBD and/or kratom. My husband has chronic pain issues and the kratom really helps. I've not found it very helpful with my fibro but everyone is different so maybe it might help. It is a decent fallback however if the Powers That Be Insurance suddenly decide you no longer get to have your medication because they know better than doctors (sorry for the mini rant, that's been a very frustrating experience) My friend gets a laser treatment as well that has been helping them out immensely with feet pain. I don't know if these suggestions will help at all but I hope you find something that works well for you. Chronic pain is a very frustrating and depressing road to be on in life Edited to add this afterthought: I was prescribed a TENS unit that might have helped my neck but unfortunately my pain is too far up on my neck and head where I can't attach it properly but it might help other areas

@@ClassicGhost A frog in your throat perhaps? 🤣 Sometimes we have to suffer for our art... By the way, have you seen a fairly obscure horror film entitled "The Maze" (1953) ? No spoilers, but the amphibian element of your beautifully narrated tale reminded me of that little oddity.

I'm gone for a short while and come back to see your lovely face! Funnily enough, you look exactly how I thought you would. You've got a good face. I've missed so much and I'm incredibly behind on your stories. Your voice is so helpful in calming my craziness, so it's a good thing really, as now I can binge-listen. I'm only sorry it comes at the cost of my usually timely (viewer) support. Hope all is well with your family. Kiss your beautiful little beasties for me (the ones with fur). Thank you Tony, for your overwhelming amount of effort. You share such good things with the world.

The most important factor in reading live (or prerecorded) is the mic quality. The quality sounds a bit better than last time, but if there’s any way to use the same mic and set up as your other videos that would be amazing. You’re the best narrator I have ever heard. I dare say you are better than Doug Bradley. At least as talented anyway.
@ClassicGhost
@ClassicGhost Жыл бұрын
Re the mic. I use a condenser for the recordings and it’s right beside my mouth. for this I was using a shotgun mic because it’s further away. I have used a lav mic (on lapel) but i do t think it was as good as this shotgun. the problem is the room isn’t treated so it’s a bit echoey
