I heard you wanna start with a smaller disk because it takes a long time for a big storage to get “validated”. And only once validated do you get payouts.

@@hgsoftware5129 To start with you don't need nearly that much. I started with 6. That is more than enough to cover over 2TB of storage collateral. And as you've seen in his video he's only using 100GB and has already earned 3SCP. So by the time he actually has 1TB of consumed space his wallet will likely have earned 30-50 SCP.

I find the earning potentials too low because of limit restriction in capacity. F. e. STOJ don t want single nodes with more than 24 TB. And only one node per location. And what I know from a youtuber is that ScPrime don t pay linear more if your node is approx higher than 6 TB... So the money you can get per months is only very little. Would be nice if a node can be profitable with let s say with a storage server rack with 16x16 TB (256 TB) so you could earn minimum 256€ per month... I don't wanna invest time and power for something that gives me only 6-24€ per month... After taxes it is only 3-12€ per months...
