Hope you enjoy my first video back in a good while - Processing up to HD should complete shortly! Also quick side note I had planned to stay and film overhead shots for a bit longer but got moved on as it is an apparent security risk to be directly underneath the flightpath. Just FYI as to why there's not too many overhead shots!

12:31 airBaltic (chartered by Eurowings) had two go-arounds. I was on that flight! Started and returned to Düsseldorf. Not even offered complimentary tea/coffee/water on the return to Germany. More or less abandoned on our return. Ended-up sleeping in the airport concourse. Sent details to Fairplane. We were even wished by the pilot she hoped we had a pleasant flight and would fly with them again 🤣😂. Safety always comes first; but Eurowings need to take some responsibility for the welfare of its customers. I was traveling with a senior lady who has one hip replaced, and a knee replacement just in February this year. My assessment of Eurowings? 1/10 (Needs immediate attention.)

I was also on this flight! I was petrified. 😂 the staff genuinely had no clue, empathy or idea did they?!

Why did you sleep in the airport - they arranged a hotel for you?

@@ChopsMcgee_ Mobility limitations of the lady in my care (we would have needed separate rooms) meant that after clearing passport control (after 11:40pm) and being the last of 220+ from our flight alone, we were likely to wait a considerable time for a taxi, for a ride of 20-30 mins distant, only for us to need a 4am call to do it all in reverse (bearing in mind we needed to catch the specific early morning flight, which was way over capacity so that MANY were assigned flights elsewhere), it hardly seemed worth it (for maybe 3hrs sleep in a bed somewhere), and NO OFFER OF REIMBURSEMENT of the cost of two taxis.
