I just got these two! Personally, I think they're the best looking Ryu and Ken models/figures I've ever seen! Pop them into their neutral 'starting round' postures facing each other against the 'stage' backdrops that come with them and you'll see how amazing they look! I do agree the heads are a tad small - but the face sculpts more than make up for that!

I was really excited for these, but the knees bummed me out. I’m hoping by the time Storm gets round to doing the alpha versions (my faves) they’ll have worked all the kinks out...

Man, I so regret not picking this up while it was being sold at the regular price. I picked up the evil version instead because that came out first, and couldn’t justify purchasing this version as well, when it came out later. This is the only figure I’ve regretted not buying.

I do love what SC is doing, however I'm at a cross roads trying to decide between beginning my collection of Street Fighter. I've never been one for collecting two different brands from the same franchise, So I'll wait a little longer so I can have a better comparison of which brand has the better characters overall roster, since I plan on collecting all of them. So far though based on these reviews SC has their characters ahead of Figuarts in the looks department subjectivley speaking ofcourse, especially Bison and Sagat... they nailed those perfectly I think.

I actually really like the Street Fighter V Ryu. If they used that body for both this one and the new Ken, I would've bought both of them. But, no, they used that awkward ass Violent Ken body.

I would absolutely love to see a Gen figure. He is my second favorite character besides Akuma. By the way, Anthony, get some sleep lol. We waited for you to come back for a month, we can wait a day or so to make sure you're making healthier decisions. Oh, and do you plan to review the upcoming Mafex figures like Batman: Hush, their 40 different upcoming Spiderman figures, or The Dark Knight Returns no. 106 Batman?

I agree with you, could be a little better but not bad figures at all, and considering the options for street fighter and other fighting game characters, storms are definitely the best out there

I have the street fighter v version of Ryu from storm collectibles. Honestly I that one better than the street fighter II version. It looks too chunky and his gi looks way oversized.
