This guide helped so much. I decided to go as a SMN so I can keep distance and scope the fight out. It wasn't too bad but I'd hate to heal this. Unfortunately I got greedy and tried to LB3 when I should of continued to move

I’m starting to hate these developers they want you to dodge alot fast but this game is slow AF and the run sprint doesn’t last for nothing not only that if you’re a caster you meant aswell go melee this game seem to favor close up classes then range as someone that been playing since 2013 they always done this.

Thanks for the guide! I just queued for this, during my return to Endwalker MSQ after a break. I am not a fan of this fight and a lot of it hurt my eyes... but I knew enough so that I would not panic. Got through it with a fun group, just fine. Funny enough, during one of those stompings, I was downed and the healers tried their best to keep everyone up, but that was a lot of damage even though I wasn't weakened, lol. Half the group was downed but red/rez mage did work. The fight kept going, and when I was finally able to be raised, I could not be tangled by the hair. So while everyone else was tethered, I could just be a stabby, jumpy, dragoon gremlin, immune to her hair. That was actually a very amusing way for that fight to end. That is why, when raised, I don't do anything until I get a heal. I got to dodge a mechanic lol.

I played through this as a Scholar. I highly recommend a Sage or White Mage or Astrologian because of the high raid wide damage and the need to move a lot. I died so many times.
