I was fun seeing all the table tennis going back-and-forth. Always good to have the camaraderie between all the different sailors from all over the world. I always remember it being like that many years ago when I was Sailing. I’m glad this video was uneventful for anything major anyway.. as always looking forward to the next one. Take care and stay safe.

Great video and still my two best sailing channels on KZbin placed 1st and 2nd not too shabby. Mocha was so funny sitting at the end of the boat and the waves came up and Mocha was out of there. Wow Rob that current seemed strong while you were sitting in Kayak holding on. I thought for sure you'd tip over. And that Cat that was dragging towards the Rocks seemed to be dragging fast. You could see it moving towards the rocks. Thankfully they got 1 engine going. There was no damage no one hurt. And to finish it off a great rivalry of a ping pong game against an AUSSIE & a KIWI. Who could ask for a better ending to the video? Cheers

That was a pretty rolly anchorage eh! Can't imagine how that other boat anchored in a storm like that with such a small amount of chain.... 😯
@TheCruisingKiwisКүн бұрын
It was a yacht delivery. They put out all the chain they had in the anchor locker. I guess they didn't expect it to be quite so rolly, in what is a recommended 'safe haven' anchorage along the Mozambique Channel.

Such a lovely part of the world Guys. 20 years of my life in Mozambique. Amazing sea and beaches that’s for sure. Pity you didn’t get to see the best spots like Bazaruto and further north. Yup Linga Linga is a social place but a nightmare in southerlies. Much better tucked in at Torfo by white sands. You are in a lagoon with no waves there. Inhambane and Tofo are the hangs out for the South African holiday makers so during holidays they are jam packed. I’ve been there many times. Some lovely scuba diving there with manta rays as well.

Ah yes. The infamous underarm. I understand, that on the law of averages, the chance of Brian McKechnie hitting the magic 6, was unlikely., if delivered with the conventional overarm bowl. Similar to chance of buttered side of toast landing, butter side up. Actually is it the law of averages, or the law of chance.? Anyway thanks for another great episode guys. Take care and atb from down here in Godzone.

Locals in Tanzania pronounce the name of their country as Tan-zah-nee-uh. This pronunciation emphasizes the second to last syllable, which is consistent with the Swahili language’s emphasis pattern.
