This reading described my exact life since September 5, 2021. He abused me at every point and opertunity. I thought I would be getting a life partner who would appreciate and love me, but it was all just that really thin Wrapping Paper that looks good enough on the outside but usually covers an equally cheap gift. After leaving a prosperous & peaceful 14+ year partnership/ relationship, I went in search of romance and adventure too I guess... this man disrespected and abused me in ways I had never imagined and I would double down and treat him better each time he hurt me or betray me. The day he turned his back on me and walked down the hall way to our bedroom and went to sleep when I asked him for a ride to the E.R (when I was having a heart attack!) Should have been my clue that he did not have a single feeling of affection for me but since we had only been married 6 months I held on for 12 more months while he left me 100% abandoned without financial support or a place to be in while I recovered. He refused to accept my calls from my hospital bed for a week and when I got home from Hospital I found my pictures removed from his night stand and hidden away in a closet, his wedding ring stashed in a drawer and our bank account over drawn by several thousand dollars and not a single bill had been paid! Oh! and a hotel reciept showing 2 occupants on Feb. 11th-13th in a town 5 hours away from where we lived. While in Hospital, Valentines Day came and went and still no call or text from my newly betrothed husband and surely no emotional support !!! So after finding 2 small custom made Valentines day cakes with one large slice gone from each one and 2 plates and forks in the sink along with 2 empty wine glasses on the kitchen counter and the bottle of champagne I was saving for our first wedding anniversary empty in the garbage can, I got mad. The day before he turned and walked away when I was having a heart attack, I thought things had started to get better between us because we had shared a candle lit bath a few times and had a very good conversation(I thought) but I really did think things were "off" because we were both in our late 50's and starting a new life at that age had to have some difficulties, but I really had been good to my husband and never thought he would do every hateful and mean and deranged thing any of us could dream up, TO HIS OWN LOVING WIFE!!! OMG! WAS I WRONG! GOD! I CANNOT RETELL THIS STORY.... IT WAS A VERY LITERAL NIGHTMARE. YESTERDAY I TOLD HIM "I AM DONE!" LADIES! If he doesn't hold you after he hurts you, RUN! If he ever allows anyone to say something negative about you, RUN!!! If he does disrespectful things like lie, not answer your calls, not SHOWER you with complements and small actions of love and appreciation, RUN! HE DOES NOT HAVE THE NATURAL AFFECTION FOR YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE FOR ANOTHER PERSON IN ORDER FOR A RELATIONSHIP TO BE SUCCESSFUL. Why waste your time with a booby-prize when the Grand Prize is already yours, but is located somewhere else? I had no idea men could be so maniacal to a woman who was loyal, loving and committed to him emotionally, physically and financially.
