Yes...love using cinnamon for grounding. Maybe because it reminds, as do all the sweet baking spices, of the smell of Gramma's house when she was baking cinnamon rolls and spice cookies. Very grounding, feeling the love that went into her foods. Feeling that at "home" feeling... loved...nurtured.

Love this video! I especially love the list of 25 things reduced to 3 things... I have Jupiter in Gemini natally, so I always feel like there is too much information, too many interests, too many distractions, and not enough focus. I am making my list today! As for Cinnamon, I find that it depends on the variety. I find Ceylon to be very grounding, Saigon to be hot, and Korintje to bring a feminine sweetness to whatever I sprinkle it on. Just my personal cinnamon vibes!

I am from northern Colorado (we were old neighbors) ... Did you know Brigitte Mars from Boulder? She says if you need a little more loving in the bedroom area...use cinnamon in your food and "his" food too. It helps!
