i think theres a simple reason: people only go stormsurge first if theyre hard stomping anyway, hence the 60% winrate, doesnt make it a good item if youre not hard snowballing

Forgot about after they made her not a burst mage but also not an enchanter, nerfed to hell in ARAM (meanwhile Bard is actually mega buffed... why?!?!?) Yeah. She's definitely in need some some love. She pretty needs Tibbers as much as Yorick needs Maiden but Tibbers is basically a literal teddy bear that scares people and then dies. But what can you do/ask for when there are 160 champions and they all deserve TLC? Oh, I know, another Lux skin and a new champion to make yet another champion obsolete.

There are players who one trick Annie to Challenger every season so just get good man. I swear that champ is one of the most annoying things in this game It's not even just the things you mentioned. I hate how he can just run up to you to try and kill you, and then if he fails he can just run away. And he's tanky enough and has enough tenacity to shrug off cc and just get away with his stupid bs.

It's the 3-wave push. People in high elo do this a lot. You basically break your freeze and then only last hit minions which causes up to 3 waves (sometimes 4 at the absolute last moment) to collect and cause a massive push.

i am just like syndra... i am also a sad lady when i don't have both of my balls. also you may mention this later in the video, i haven't finished it, but it's likely that winning games are causing stormsurge picks, not the other way around, i think. a bit like mejai's in the sense that when you look at raw winrate it'll be like, woah this item wins super often but a lot of the time people build the items because they already have a lead and are trying to snowball? i'm pretty sure that's it, anyway.

How does the AP increa|se of rabadons works? you had 527ap before rabadon's and after you get 687ap. 527ap you had + 140 flat ap of rabadons gives you 667ap, and then you get another woping 20ap; 35% of 667ap is 233, so you should have 900ap. And if we think that maybe the 35% applies before the 140 flat ap then 527ap plus 35% is 711, still over 687.

Garen is a champion that should be forced into either doing lots of damage, or being real tanky. He shouldn't be allowed to build 1 or two damage items, then build tank and put out a lot of damage, tank up damage, and be able to run away and regen health. And in typical Garen fashion he runs the second more than one player is near him that isn't friendly.

I wonder what your average cs looks like for mid lane before and after the top climb.
