@kliebn it doesn't even do that much damage I get it if ur running a burn or poke champ but on someone like ekko I don't feel like it's worth. gathering of stomach will out damage it right after 20 min easily.

As the first item it does about 100 damage more than lich bane and it‘s 300 gold cheaper, but for that the cooldown is longer (but more ms when proccing passive)
