I closed the window, pulled the curtain down, turned on the cold air conditioner, and opened this video. The rain made me remember my childhood days, when it rained all day, my sister and I were in our old house, studying or playing, waiting for my parents to return after a day of work; then we had dinner together, watched TV, and then went to sleep. There was no internet, no facebook, no smartphone ... just the sound of rain like that, with trees, with insects, slightly chilly weather and feeling of peace.

Yes I can relate before the busy life of internet it was so peaceful. Hearing thunder and rain I have looked for rain that I enjoyed all over youtube of rain hitting a pop up camper. It didn't sound like grease popping but made a very unique sound. I always enjoyed camping and listening to it rain. My little brother and I would just think how many of our favorite spots we could hit riding our bikes thru our camp round and splashing thru the water puddles. No fear of being kidnapped or crazy road ragers. I'm 53 and life is just too busy for me.

Near the border in SW Texas. We're in a severe drought. I was raised on a farm in the midwest with four seasons. I also spent six years in the Pacific Northwest (Alaska and Oregon). I love the sound of rain and thunderstorms. This has just the right mix of rain and thunder. The rain has just the right tonality and intensity to be truly pleasant. Well done.

This is exactly how I remember my childhood days (nights). I used to sleep with this beautiful and comforting sound. It gave me a safety feeling of being inside my family’s home, with my parents and siblings, while I fell asleep with the sound of a torrential rain falling on the zinc roof. I have ADHD and I realized that I LOVE the sound of rain hitting my window. Problem is in Phoenix, AZ, it rains every 334.6 years, 😅, so to hear rain hit your window is rare. 😮‍💨😠 I'm being sarcastic, it rains here, but it's also a desert. 🤷🏽‍♀️ This sound is PERFECT for me. I suffer from severe tinnitus in my left ear! It isn't a ringing sound for me, it is a seriously high pitched whistle! It is so bad that I am now on anxiety medication and sleeping meds. The problem is, even with the sleeping medication, I can't relax so that it works like it is supposed to. I constantly have, what I call a high pitched tea kettle, sound! This saves me!!!! I am so thankful my ENT doctor recommended masking the tinnitus and I am even more thankful that I found THIS!!!!! It is a life saver, literally! There are times when I just don't want to live this way! It's absolutely horrible. Thank you for this beautiful sound!! I am for ever great full!!!😫😥😴

This is so great! I always used to get anxiety in the dark. I've grown very sensitive to light because of my autism, so I couldn't sleep with any lights on either. These videos have really helped me relax in the dark. Now I hardly ever feel anxiety in the dark anymore. I actually feel peaceful. It means such a great deal to me 🥳

Me and my boyfriend used to drive into the woods on rainy days and we would spend hours hugging each other, eating and laughing. It was like escaping from chaos. Every time we went he gave me a chocolate. He he is no longer in this world. I lost it 2 years ago. I still have some chocolate wrappers and always on rainy days I escape in my mother's car to be alone and feel the rain like this while I feel the emptiness that I get when I lose it.

I think the reason I love this one the most is cause it's so crisp. There's no noise. You can really hear that you're in a car. You can hear the raindrops hitting the thin metal of the car, and the window too. There's almost nothing else besides that, and the occasional thunder, but that's why it works so well
