That is parkour, but freerunning is also done a lot by STORROR.

I wouldn't really say that Storror does a lot of freerunning. I'd say that they are parkour based and kind of work in freerunning a bit of the time.

i think benj's run is the most fluid-like, dynamic, creative run. Other one's are very skillful, but very static and more focused on each jumps rather ran the whole run. Excellent work mate keep it up.

I think benj's run captured the spirit of Parkour more than the others, the others were just fancy flips. That team run at the end is what parkour is all about, parkour literally means "the path". I don't know about that competition, they only seemed to look for cool looking moves. But it seems thats what the judges liked soo....kinda shame.
