The issue you raised up is "can we trust him". I don't think that we should even think about that. I think that cheating, like he did during online competition should lead to a life ban. No matter if you continue or not, everything has a consequence and I don't think we should allow cheaters to compete. I also think it's morally concerning that the rest of the BH3 players had teamed up with him when Sunriz left. I know they had to find someone quick, but thinking it's normal to team up with a past cheater is mind blowing to me

Test out uploading a video, say "like and subscribe" and then look at the like and sub button at the time you say them. They light up. For instance monitor cam set up and a camera that has clear view of where hes sitting, all his monitors and anything else around him. Then all that footage has to be streamed, the vod saved, and viewed by admin. Hes gone away for enough time where it has blown over and its fair for people to be able to redeem themselves. He also did the right thing by stepping away from competing wasnt any bs from him about it. However a perma ban from competing online would also be understandable. Hard to say whats best to be done with cheaters especially since he did cheat during tournaments and potentially took money that someone else deserved to earn.

Lifetime ban for known/proven cheating is the standard in multiple much larger and more successful leagues/esports. There are former Pro CS 1.6/CS:S and CS:GO players who were banned for cheating and they aren't allowed to play CS2 competitively in official tournaments. And why would we allow or even want cheaters to play alongside people who don't cheat? Despite popular opinion, stricter punishments can solve the problem because the ones who are willing to break the social norms are punished permanently versus temporarily/put in timeout.

No worries! So in Halo when you take damage while you are scoped in you get what is called descoped which the game FORCES you out of scope. This makes it significantly more difficult to shoot the Sniper or any long range weapon from a distance. He had a mod which made it so he didn't get descoped which is a big advantage as it doesn't handy cap you
@raulhernandez20107 ай бұрын
@@LooneyEU I understood that part, what i dont understand is how we know we had the mod? Thanks for the reply
@LooneyEU7 ай бұрын
@raulhernandez2010 so when you get descoped it's 1) im very unnatural to rescope in that fast and not practical in a gun fight 2) its actually not possible to rescope in like that as people have tried to replicate that action. Apologies if I wasn't clear in the video. People have brought the same argument as you up, I should have been more clear

Idc how well known he was. You cheat, then stay away from the community. Period! Especially if it involved playing for money. I hope hes never allowed in the competitive scene for the rest of his life. For any games competitive scene.

Don't normally comment on videos but this whole situations a joke, whoever makes the cheats should share the list with HCS/343 in secret and perma ban anyone running cheats. Simple. However there's that many accusations flying around its kind of gross. Yeah its unfair but the guys video you show where the cheats are at "Work" from a cheaters POV he doesn't get rescoped but the main clip of Shaady is where he more or less insta rescopes. you can actually do this within your controller settings, with no real proof and the fact the cheating didn't take place within a HCS event then I'm afraid he cant be banned. More needs to be done here by HCS/343 and the company that produces the cheats. But 343 just don't care because HCS is just limping along until the next Halo later this year, its a shame but at the end of the day its all just opinion with no proof. Unlike with Brainstorm. Great Video Daz, cheating is certainly a hot topic right now but recently a Pro called out some guy for cheating (not Monster) but they got their facts wrong and comes off as salty from them. Its truly a s*** situation. Maybe your next video should be on 343/HCS and the Cheat developer, might actually cause them to do something about it and stop the accusations once and for all. Cheaters should get what they deserve but until then its just public opinion mixed in with A LOT of salt. But again that takes nothing away from this quality video, keep it up man!
@LooneyEU7 ай бұрын
thanks for the kind words but sadly im going to have to disagree with you. iv seen footage of what youre talking about when you rescope with LT and even trying to make it look like u insta rescope and it just doesnt look the same, plus if it was just once it looked like that fine, but if u look at the twitter account there are LOADS of those rescope instances. The footage by Bkap lines up PERFECTLY with shaadys footage too much that I dont think there is any other way to look at it. i agree the devs need to make a statement on this but sadly i think the time has passed
@AniiMaL_EU7 ай бұрын
@@LooneyEU it's doesn't line up tho, he don't get descoped at all on Bkaps video. It looks like 2 different Hacks if that's what your saying. Either way it's not proof enough, you can replicate what you see Shaady do by having rapid fire or something similar bound to LT and adjusting trigger deadzones. Only thing I'd say is it would be interesting to know what pad he uses, it's probably a Scuf and you can set up rapid fire through the controller app itself? Either way 343 limited the fire rate of the pistol and commando at launch/S1 to control rate of fire as it was uncapped. You could literally put gun everyone with both weapons because it didn't have a minimum fire rate (i.e. you could shoot as fast as you could press the trigger with no limit) Maybe they should do the same with the rescope function but again it won't happen and it's still not definitive proof. Doesn't matter how much footage there is unless it could be proved, which it can't. Or can't beyond a shadow of a doubt, which again is why he's not banned. Either way he's still better than 99.99% of the player base and without solid proof it's just a witch hunt. Simple. Until there's an effective anti cheat it's still just personal opinion because Bkaps video of the actual hack looks nothing like Shaadys footage, end of.

The era of integrity skill and passion inside gaming died with streaming its sad but nothing can be trusted . If ur cheating and streaming should be no questions asked bans with proof of course. Especially if ur taking subs and donations thats a fraudulent scam but people just cant resist the fantasized delusion of "i wanna be a streamer content creator " well sadly not everyone is able to but stop at nothing to be infamous but then all of sudden they have sponsors and a following and it creates ego etc cheating is accepted these days and its shameless .

As a cheater, I believe that it’s now on the developers to filter out cheaters or to make a statement. Some authority that’s not the community needs to address it. It’s year 3 at this point you can’t blame them for cheating

100% I think the first person to ever get banned from HCS for cheating was brainstorm. but for a top player to cheat and not a single statement is a really bad look i agree
@zeroshotkill7 ай бұрын
If that's truly how people cheating feel, what a wild moral compass. It costs millions of dollars to prevent cheating for a AAA game. They would be spending more money on preventing cheaters than they invest in HCS. From a business standpoint, it makes no sense to do so. We could instead just be a community of respectful people and not ruin others fun but I suppose that's a utopian view.
@LooneyEU7 ай бұрын
@zeroshotkill that's a very nice way to look at it but I sadly don't think that's the world we live in. People are going to cheat and so much of Halo is played professionally online. We need to invest in combatting combat cheats to a certain degree or atleast punish those who have cheated
