Very inspiring video. God bless you all richly. I am a ILD patient with Scleroderma since 2018. I am pretty good with the help of breathing exercises, Spirometry, balloon Blowing, physically exercises etc and medicines prescribed by Pulmonologist and Rheumatologist.
