shri sateri devi has resemblance with devi shakambhari/shatakshi .devi shakambhari is auspicious form of aadi parashakti she is lakshmi swaroopa and she appeared in self proclaimed form on divine hills of shivalik on the behest of lord vishnu. please read on Wikipedia.
