I am not an tom fan by any chance. But I think from the video angles we arw shown. He was on the grass and mud and the car was bouncing and wiggling and it side swiped the bmw causing it to go off

I thought there was a rule about 'push to pass moves' where you have to return the position if you push another driver off and go through. Surely as Ash did not return the position on track he should have started behind Colin for the beginning of race 3. As for the contract between Tom and Colin in race 3 i personally think that was a racing incident. Its a shame because Colin was absolutely flying in race 3 and it was great to watch.

@Gremlin65 You may be right as we do not know the data. It did look as though Colin committed to the inside way before the breaking zone and being that far on the inside you would have to break considerably earlier to make the corner. I don't think Ash did it on purpose but he stayed directly behind Colin when there was a lot of room on the outside available. I do think regardless of whether it was deliberate or not that you should give the place back or have to start behind that car for the next race.

A lot of cronyism in this Championship. Different drivers get treated differently for the same infringment. Thug Ingram delibrately shunted Turkington off because it's the only way he could beat him, Had Turkington behaved like that against Ingram i can guarantee he would have been penalised.
