To answer your question about the northern european mindset, we in The Netherlands have the same. The is because of Protestantism. They brought these stoic ideas like "not pocking your head out of the mowing field" and "suffering is art of life, deal with it"

We don’t get that many opportunities to hear in depth about Thomas’s creative process. This is such a gem of an episode. I almost want to take notes while I’m listening to it!

I'm so happy this podcast was made. It's lovely to listen to Thomas talk about all of his experiences and the AB hosts asked some great questions. Really powerful messages were shared in these almost 2 hours.

I totally agree with Thomas, I can never be an employee, especially if I am not inspired or I cannot control my own life and freedom. That's also why I'm trying to pursue KZbin, which is super tough.

Thomas pretty much was on point about the learning thing with growth mindset. I dont agree with your take where its where someone either "has it or you dont" it comes off really close minded and even impaitent when youre in a position to nurture someone skillset and train them
