It is the result of intelligent design, creativity, and skill by HoYo developers. Similarly, the universe and everything in it, including you and me, are not accidents. They are the work of a loving Creator who has a purpose and a plan for us. Is this what having a Mama feels like?” -Albedo’s dangerous innate power is teased back in 1.3. His actual origins is finally revealed in the 2.3 event, and his fetus form we saw in 3.5 Hexenzirkel event cutscene. -Bennett oddly mentioned about “Mare Jivari” in his poem during 1.4 Windblume event. He’s possibly gonna get an event when Natlan is released later! Ofc there’s more bunch of lore stuff hidden for the NPCs in the overworld items. This cutscene is absolutely gorgeous, the springvale music hits me so hard and the art style is so beautiful. It always astonished me how much effort genshin puts into its limited time events and cutscenes.

so happy finch finally got the resolution to his story!!! plus chongyun having a foreshadowing moment. can't wait what it means!
@lysy3507 Жыл бұрын
Right? I loved that they concluded his story, added more to Diona's character, and teased Chongyun's. I was also curious who gave him the trait of pure yang energy... and if that means Bennett got his bad luck from a different entity too lol. Whoever that was, they have a lot of explaining to do.

Venti, the little green trickster! I'm sure he was involved in this story and, like with Razor, quietly pulled some strings to help those separated reunite. And as always, I started the event thinking it would be “an easy story to relax with,” but ended up crying. I'm going to die of dehydration because of this game 😔
@Boomdizzle99 Жыл бұрын
Definitely one of the BEST limited event cutscenes ever that delivered an IMPACTFUL emotional ending that makes me love genshin so much!!! Im glad Diona and finch got their closure and so did we with the heart of the clear spring tale....beautifully told!! ❤

The effort they put in their event is commendable to be honest, anyone who played an MMORPG would know that event are often superficial with no depth, but mihoyo does care about it and adds lore to everything
@yellowpotatas8762 Жыл бұрын
Well its not really MMO, its just RPG they tend to focus mostly on the game story unlike MMO who's more focus on player base interactions. Thought genshin have co-op but its just limited.
@Joru_Dorano Жыл бұрын
For real for real, damn this event should be a world quest. They cant just let newer player never seen this.
@bounaimhamza4792 Жыл бұрын
It's in a weird spot in between, It's massively multiplayer online since there's a huge number of players you can connect with anytime, but not MMO in the traditional sense either since each has his own instance @@yellowpotatas8762
@homunculo8784 Жыл бұрын
@@st0281zr The main reason why MMOs aren't as popular as Genshin is that you actually have to play the game to get stuff, they are more suitable for avid gamers. Genshin offers a simple and attractive playstyle which makes it suitable for casual players, and casual players are the majority of the player base due to the massification of smartphones.
@roadrunner9332 Жыл бұрын
@@Joru_Dorano So true. Being a somewhat newer player myself (started at around 3.2 / 3.3 and my first big event was lantern rite in 3.4), I missed out on many events as well. I'd love to catch up on those by playing them, but sadly it's not posibble. It shouldn't be impossible to add some kind of "event archive" that allows players to play events they missed before. This would definetely be great for a lot of newer players (and for those who are going to start playing Genshin Impact in the future).

I remember on 1.0 seeing Finch talking about this fairy he saw in the spring when he was a kid. Then I guided a Seelie nearby to the spring and went to him like "Hey look! Its the fairy you saw! She's back!", but he had no new lines of dialog, and I got pretty dissapointed. Now I know why lol

I CRIED SO HARD ON THIS ONE😭😭😭 I literally spent a good amount of 30mins without my tears stopping my eyes were swollen, I FELT LIKE I WAS GRANDPA FINCH WHO STILL KEPT WAITING FOR THAT SOMEONE and CALLIRHOE WHO WANTS TO COME BACK FOR THAT SOMEONE😭 Also, Grandpa Finch's line "I just worry that once i go to sleep, I won't ever want to wake up again." hits me it hurts😭 I'm so happy they met again😭💚

two days ago i see catwithbluehat community post about the spring fairy story from 2 years ago. i was surprised that this event is the continuation from that story (since i play genshin at 3.3). and yesterday i finished the part 3 of the event and wow what a beatiful story! the cutscene is just beautiful! i get goosebumb while watching it. and i love the ending, its the perfect closure for callirhoe and grandpa finch story :"D and thank you hyv for the picture about them! very beautiful TT also i saw that some people didnt enjoy this event because its npc event, but i actually really enjoyed it (even more so than the lantern rite at 3.4) and we actually got diona and chongyun lore! :D

2:12 _and what if i cry_ ㅠㅠ at the end of a day of adventures and seeing more teyvat's grand narrative, mondstadt remains my comfy place from both its familiar ost and lore. i love that we get to revisit these old tie-ins and see their reveals at long last. ik their memories will be wiped as is npc life but it meant a lot to see callirhoe and finch get a happy ending of sorts together 🥹🫶

Nice closure to a piece of lore that has existed since version 1.x Not only to old man finch but also to Diona herself ( she was blessed by Callirhoe to be able to make any drink taste good no mattee what ingredient is used) And now they seem to be hinting something about Chongyun's overabundant of yang energy

If some of you has maybe heard previously, the Springvale theme is a little reference to YPC previous song, that also talked about a wanderer. I think it's fitting since we know Callirhoe was wandering until she found rest at Springvale's spring

Nice story as always. I hope someday Hoyo animates an event cutscene specially for King Deshret & Nabu Malikata sidestory, or her potential Seelie origin. One of my favourite lore from Sumeru. Funfact; -Endora event: 1.4 (at this event, Callirhoe passed on her message to Endora to tell Finch to move on because “life goes on”.) -Callirhoe event: 4.1 Idt the patch number is a coincidence. Well played, Hoyo!

Remembered this just as I was watching other genshin cutscenes and came here, and I teared up and cried again just right now as I did first time seeing this ingame. Didn't expect the event to end as beautiful as this. Such a simple story, but complete and flawless. EDIT: I've watched this three times in a row, and everytime towards the end I need to cry anew. The only other piece of media that ever managed to do that for me was Schindler's List lol
