WOW some people are real real real devil on Earth. I know that you were young when it is happen but i want to add that when a relationship begins so quick, you can be sure that it is not good. Nothing on Earth is quick, Nature is not quick, days and night come slowly so that human being and their relationship. So the first big red flag is when it goes so quick before even knowing who is he, what are his friends, what kind of mindset he has, etc. We need to be inspired by nature so that we will not urge things even if we just want it.

I was with NARCISSIST who verbally abused me & gaslight me & manipulated me all of the above that you mentioned. I literally felt like an addict HE WAS MY DRUG. It was the hardest most painful thing I've ever went thru other then losing my husband in 2009. He definitely love bombed me then devalued me then lastly discarded me. Shortly after I discovered he was with someone else it had only been about a month after we ended. I was soooo shocked after everything he said to me about how much he cared about me and no matter what ALWAYS wanted ME to be a part of his life. So thank u for confirming what I already knew but started having doubts about. IM AN EMPATH. So I know I wasn't the problem HE was. I definitely dated a narcissist. Though it was an unpleasant experience to endure, I’m glad that I was able to walk away. The freedom you feel is really A1.

This is one of your best stories yet MJ!! Painful!!! Yet highly informative. Everyone can learn from a wise man but a wise man learns from everyone. I’m learning so much from you as a 30 year old female. I’m scared of dating because I don’t want to go through these things. My first relationship traumatized me 😢 I’m afraid to love 💕 but I find healing in listening to you. Thank you!

Thank you so much for watching! No need to fear dating. Just take your time, trust your instincts, and only give your time to people who respect your boundaries!

@@MJHarrisSpeaks I'm so grateful, although this reminds me of painful times, but this gave me strength to choose me today. Today is the beginning of my therapeutic journey back to me. Love you MJ. Thank you!

Wow MJ I’m so sorry you had to go through that, I went through something so similar and I couldn’t understand the behavior at the time, the experience left me so hurt, broken and confused. Thank you for your transparency, now I have a better understanding of what kind of person I was up against. Thank you for choosing to turn you’re pain into purpose and educating us all ❤

OMG MJ this sounds like my last relationship almost to the tee. Our relationship got so toxic until I cut him and called the police. After the relationship I couldn't get over him and had to go to counseling for years and was suicidal for a good while. So I now understand what it was by your story. Still today I have love for my ex and feels like I will never find another like him. WOW thanks for your story ❤❤❤❤

Yes that silent treatment is abuse. I remember my ex use to go silent on me for days. I didn’t know what I was dealing with until years later. I am so glad I finally walked away. I am slowly gaining my peace back.

This is deep MJ I’ve been there with being emotionally manipulated because I felt I needed the person until God helped me to love myself and know that I don’t need those people emotionally because they also knew how to treat me by observing me and therefore keeping me stringing along
