I even stopped my mother joining us cos my ex would not get on with her. I have become a victim. It is hard, my kids have been poisoned against me. I have not heard from them for over 22 months. I feel I am in a dark tunnel hoping for a light at end of the tunnel. I lived in a 4 bedroom detached house, and now I'm in a room in a house share. I am grateful for the bed and roof. Love this! Not even sure why I listened to this whole thing tbh 😂 I don’t need anyone to miss me. Besides, I’m more interested in someone who would rather be in my presence & have me in theirs. 🤍

Your realization about the nature of true friendship is both profound and heartfelt. 🌟 It's important to recognize when to let go and not hold onto deceit. How has letting go of such relationships impacted your sense of peace and personal growth?

True friendship is built on mutual respect and honesty. It's important to recognize when someone isn't reciprocating that. Letting go of unhealthy attachments frees both you and them, allowing for growth and genuine connections. Thank you for sharing.

@@stoickingdom2024 I still sorrow but nothing is lost, and I feel no loss. Just that someone can be so deceitful after receiving only honesty and help. I know full well that it is not MY loss, but is indeed her loss. still, one can’t help but care……stupid I know. Otherwise I am in full peace.

If I could adopt all these principles in my life; then I wouldn’t want to make someone miss me, because these principles will make me an ideal human being.
@powerfulstoichabits3 ай бұрын
That's an incredible perspective! Embracing these principles truly empowers us to become our best selves. When we focus on self-improvement, the right people will naturally gravitate towards us, and the idea of making someone miss us becomes irrelevant. Keep shining and growing! 🌟

I've been with my lover over 30 years. I am calm even when I'm angry with him . This calm I taught myself. I wanted to speak in kind calmness even when we're at odds . I decided a long time ago that -he is my person. I'm going to be careful with him and myself and if I'm really feeling angry or just at odds with him ( I would reach down and find a calm kind way to express my disappointment) it's been easy to express my happiness and love . I had to work on expressing my feelings when I'm not happy with my partner . Anyways I love listening to your podcast

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful story and experience! It's truly inspiring to hear how you've cultivated calmness and kindness over the years, especially in moments of conflict. That takes real strength and self-awareness. Your decision to be mindful in how you express your emotions, even when you're upset, is such a powerful testament to the love and care you have for your partner. It’s not easy, but it’s clear that your commitment to both yourself and your relationship has helped you build something special. I'm so glad you enjoy the podcast, and I really appreciate your thoughtful words. Keep shining that calm, loving energy! 💫
