Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her

ripeka9309... You are right. Silence hurts the most. My ex left me after 29 yrs of marriage, where she was number 1 in everything. I even stopped my mother joining us cos my ex would not get on with her. I have become a victim. It is hard, my kids have been poisoned against me. I have not heard from them for over 22 months. I feel I am in a dark tunnel hoping for a light at end of the tunnel. I lived in a 4 bedroom detached house, and now I'm in a room in a house share. I am grateful for the bed and roof. But miss my family 😢

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. The essence of Stoicism is not about wanting or needing someone to miss or return to us, but about cultivating a mindset of inner strength and self-sufficiency. The video aims to emphasize that by embodying Stoic principles and focusing on personal growth, we become more grounded and attractive, not for the sake of others, but for our own well-being. If someone returns to us, it is a testament to the positive changes within us, but if they don't, it does not diminish our value or our journey. The true focus remains on our self-improvement and living a virtuous life, regardless of external outcomes.
