I would reach out to schools that match your marks first! Then in the email talk about how you plan to have a big off season and an even bigger season senior year. I would put in a lot of time this off season and next preseason so you can open up with some decent marks and use those in your emails!!

Thanks for the info! One question: When you got the offer from Sac State, how long did it last before you had to make a decision? Was a there a time limit?

There wasn’t really a time limit, I got offered a few months after my visit so it was close to the end of the year and I pretty much had my mind made up already💪🏽

What’s up bro! They were only partials. It’s really tough in mens track and field to get a full D1 offer but it’s still possible!
