Came home from the family farm one evening to a card on the table, she left me for a co worker i had friended. Hardest part was telling my 9 year old daughter that we would not be getting back together.I had just started watching your channel right before this happened.Just wanted to say thank you again for sharing your family farm life with us all. You have bin an inspiration for me,and it helped me threw the rough times. That is why I am so happy to see you with Theresa! Your kids are all AWESOME!. Keep up the great work Wes,you are a great father. So God made a Farmer who could bale a family together with the strong bonds of love.

The terrace farming over there is amazing. My former wife was a part time caregiver for her Grandparents. She got hooked on their abundant supply pain/sleeping/hormone meds and it completely changed her personality. She lost 30 pounds and the Doctor she hooked up with paid for her plastic surgery. They traveled the world and then split up with her receiving a large settlement. You never know what you're going to get...

Really enjoyed hearing your story. I'm always fascinated to hear stories of people's live and their experiences. I don't want to listen to someone who is begging for pity or condemning others for not living as they want the rest of the world to do. Yours is a true, humble story and kudos to you for moving on. Wishing you all the best.

Good for you Wes! This is my first comment after watching you for the last two years. You've done a great job being a role model for your children. Teaching them to be tough but yet able to show love and have fun as a family. Keep up the awesome videos and happy holidays!!

Hello OLF, Life is shit sometimes, especially when the break involves kids, and it turns out perhaps from what I gather she did not care enough for her children to take care of them. If I may say, I am pleased you found another love and your life went in the direction you wanted with your busyness. Allow me to wish you all the best wishes in the world for you and your family, take care mrbluenun

Thank you Wes for sharing this video and some personal things that you have been through, I recently stumbled upon this channel and I am hooked and have subscribed. I am not a farmer but through many of your video's that I have seen thus far I have learned a few things and find your video's informative, interesting, and yes funny at times. Although we here in KZbin land don't really know you personally one can easily see that you are a good guy and a great man who works his butt off to provide for his family, and seem to be a very good father and husband, Looking forward to future video's

Wes. My heart goes out to you along with my prayers. Trusting life gets better as the years go on. I sure do enjoy your video's as well as seeing and hearing about your family. Gota love Tim, he is a great kid. The rural life is the best life style for raising kids. I was raised that way. For what you have been through, you have come through a tuff season of you life, and seem to have handled it well. No one can say, "I know how you feel or I know what you are going through." The old saying goes, "Walk a mile in my shoes" Stay strong, my friend. You are a survivor!

Thanks for explaining that, Wes. It takes some guts to talk about such things on KZbin but it gives us some perspective. But I'm glad that you're still close with your kids, especially Tim. And I liked seeing Joseph and Hailey in previous videos, too. I'm just wondering about one thing... what happened with Marghy(?). I assume she's Payton's mom? And it seems like you still spend time with Payton, which is cool. You seem happy with Theresa now, which is great! Anyway, thanks for sharing and keep making the best of things. That's what I admire most about you!

Thanks for your story wess, I too am going through the same shit. My wife left me for another guy after 38 years of marriage. I wondered the same thing when she always had a reason to go back up home to spend time with somebody, and the whispering phone calls. She had been planning it for over a year and a half. The hardest part was the night my daughter came to tell me the truth. That was 2 months ago, I had to sell the farm and move, now I have to start my life over. You inspire me to keep going, I hope I can some how find the happiness you have. God bless

There is a delicate balance between work and home. It is even harder as a farmer where you don't have the luxury of putting the key in the door at the end of the day. As farmers we need to be careful to give the attention needed to family and not let bad days in the barn or field spill over into the house.

listening to you, from a mans point of view, which doesn't happen often, was heart aching. I, too, had an eye opening experience, as my now ex-husband didn't come home one night, a week later, coincidently, in 2003, 6 days before Christmas- he left me. Not knowing until April of '04, he had moved in with a woman he had been with for a year (or more? Who knows). I'm glad we didn't have children. Yours are very lucky to have a Dad like you. I grew up on my folks dairy and vegetable farm is how I started watching you. It's still tough this time of year.

Wes, many of us, maybe even most, have similar stories to tell. Life isn't fair, no one ever said it was. But the only way we can go is forward. Thank you for sharing your story.

ps..People put too much on having a "relationship" ..being single is awesome..take the time to get to know yourself and figure yourself out..if you are damaged goods as most people are, why the heck would you want to take that toxicity into a relationship and poison the other person...and you never know what you are going to get in a person til you are dating them...personally I cannot be bothered. I don't need others drama ..and these couples who are like..omg I am so in love, this person is the love of my life...then the second the relationship is over they are onto someone else professing the exact same sentiments as they did with the previous person...and with all of the social media hook up apps, people's attention span at even having a 'relationship' is next to nil.

I don't how many times I have heard this story from both sides. It seems the first clue is unexplained absences, followed by changes in hair style, and worries about weight, clothing purchases that are never worn at home, (I had one buddy who opened up the trunk of his wife's car to change out a flat tire and found a whole wardrobe of clothing he had never seen her in!) like I said men are just as guilty as the women a lass in one of my classes said the hang up calls about drove her crazy, till she figured out what was going on. Hang in there Wes living well with obvious enjoyment is the best revenge! Charlie

Wes, I have watched this video several times now, and listening to it reminds me of my own divorce and the sacrifices I also made for my son & not tossing his mom in jail. I too regret not pressing charges in many ways but had I done that I doubt my son and I probably would not be speaking now. I have been divorced almost 30 years now and my ex took me for everything I just let it happen because It was cheaper to let her take what she wanted rather than pay my lawyer to keep it. My divorce took nearly 4 years and cost me a 150k and I still saved money by letting it go. Unfortunately only guys who got shafted in divorce court know the pain of the unfairness of it all. I am so happy you found Theresa/Maria she is one hell'va lady and you deserve to finally be happy with a real lady! I got lucky also, my second wife is much like that beautiful lady you have. Sometimes us guys do win and Congratulations to both you and Theresa on the birth of William...I am so happy for you both!😊
