I'm disabled and omg holding your breath! That's exactly what it's like! I hope it's ok that I borrow your analogy bc I've failed at explaining it to other people and that is perfect! I'm also overweight which I'm working on, and I do have to use the carts to shop. Most of the time it's ok. Sometimes I get the looks but I just smile at those people and say hello how are you... I feel like it's the nicest way to remind them that I am a human being and not an animal to be stared at, judged, mocked and ridiculed. It took me a long time to finally use the carts but one day after almost passing out from the pain while in the customer service line at walmart I just said fuck it and put my ego aside. Now I can shop comfortably and it's enjoyable again. People just don't realize how such little things turn into huge things when you can no longer do them. Thanks for sharing this it made me feel good :)

zXStaticEnergyzzXz I agree and so does boogie sometimes, Its not his fault I can tell he is a kick ass dude but if you are used to a certain negative way of some people treating you, it will eventually break you and you will expect it from everybody even when it is not the case and stir negative energy which allows you to get it from everybody. Hope that makes sense. I do it with some things myself but I try to always remember for every bad/mean person out there there are like at least 5 good ones!...

One of the most genuine feeling videos ever from you, I to am at a point where I am shut-in allot due to deaths, etc. I am 6 foot 4 - 254 pounds so not overly - over weight by any stretch but def a big guy whom also was in a accident back in 02 or so had a 5 car pile up. Anyway, I use them golf type carts when feel the need and sometimes just to do it and I never felt any of them feelings but understand why you might of. You know when I feel like what your describing? That would be when I go to cash my prescription medication in once per month and get looked at like a god damn junkie or criminal in which I might add 'I am neither nor ever was! That issue is running rampant in this country now! I don't know if you are on any pain meds Boog but hope if you are - you do not get those feelings and issues allot of us do these days. This sort of thing happened to me once, but sort of opposite ways. I was shopping at the local games store, when I bumped into a dude and knocked over the big stack of COD games he was going to buy. He vaguely recognised me (from school, I guess) and started chewing me out, calling me a 'skinny mother*cker', and saying that if I didn't start bulking up, he and his buddies were going to stomp all over me. I'm naturally underweight, and I've tried to fix that a billion times, and this guy shoving it in my face made me want to smash his face against the collectibles cabinet. Eventually some guy who works at the store got the dude to leave, but I don't know how it would have gone otherwise. It would have gotten ugly, I know that much.

Man, I weighed over 230 lbs at 5'8 and I went on a strict diet of under 800 calories a day. I now weight 175 lbs after eating chicken, veggies, fish, fruit, etc. Its all about calorie intake. Its not strictly exercising. Its all about discipline. Not everyone is blessed with a fast metabolism and its all on you to make life changes.
