Thank you for such great tutorials here - of the ones I’ve seen so far, I love them! I was wondering about what you’ve said concerning the fact that you find it easier to work on grids than backgrounds. I think I pretty much know what you mean, I just want to be sure I’m understanding that right and if you could tell me a little extra about it? (My thinking is that basically it’s easier to place objects and characters during the staging of a scene when the background isn’t there to complicate things, and that the grid serves as a better guide for all that, but I’m just making sure I’m not missing any additional insights here)

the grid is just more streamlined, lesss heavy and less details

These videos are a great help!! The only thing I was stuck on was trying to find the model button. It doesn’t seem to pop up

Thank you so much for this clear tutorial it's helped me to get started! Quick question, is the model view now the "reference view"? Seems to be the case. Appreciate you taking the time & sharing some secrets such as the 10-20-30 naming convention (game changer)

Yes, model view is now called reference view. Since H22 and SBP22

thanks for the super useful tips! but the voice effect is super annoying. Had to slow the video down to be able to hear properly.
