I am always told I invest so much in friendships, and they are not wrong, I am not ashamed of it and I do not see it as a bad thing. I went through a toxic friendship too, but the difference is I was only 17. She was my first real friend. It was bad and a friendship breakup is most definitely the worst. The bad experience I had, reinforced by your story reminds me to never go down that road of friendships. Never again shame. I'm going through the same thing as we speak right now. I'm realising that the girl was never my friend and was slowly destroying my reputation by telling the truth but twisting it to make me look bad. She even went to my boyfriend and spoke nonsense in the name of helping him see the real me. Even told him not to tell me. Funny thing is we never had a fight but I just distanced myself from her and then she got mad and just started firing shots at me. I did not and will not grace her with my response cos that's what she wants.

Sis . Don't let yourself carry the burden of not forgiving for too long. I sometimes think friends are just send by the devil to hurt our feelings 💔 this is too bad. I am sorry you experienced this. I started my baking business in August this year, I remember how I used to tell my friend that people especially relatives keep asking me for free cakes, scones and everything but when they want to buy they support other people, so basically my bakes are supposed to be for free but not for their money. I used to tell her how it was irritating me, she knew very well. Me and her were working on some project which was suppose to pay us, I think she knew how to get rid of me nje. Just on the day of the project she asks the exact same thing I used to complain about, I said no. The project is going on, I am nolonger part of it. Friends are just evil.
