I just have to say I apreciate you talking about the process of healing and becoming a more and more healed person, healed adult. I, myself am on this journey, and it's super useful to be reminded that this is possible, as sometimes even when you have done a lot of work can still seem like... I don't know, can still seem very difficult to go on. Sia has been generous with you, but you have been generous also with this video and on the show.

Being on a healing is so incredibly difficult bc it means you’re working to be DIFFERENT (along with so many other things that ppl don’t even realize come with this journey ) So I def appreciate the acknowledgment! And keep going on your own journey, if you’re on the path you’ve already done one of the hardest parts- just starting!
