Hey I just wanted to ask if OTs are allowed to have long nails I want to be an OT but I also want to keep having long nails

Sooo unfortunately it isn’t advised to have super long nails because it’s hard to do your job. I keep mine kinda on the short side because it makes it easier but at my PRN job we weren’t allowed at all to have nails

I will like to add one amendment to quiting your job that you don't like... This does not apply to the Black Family man if 1. He does not have another in IN HAND (Hired with a start date). 2. He is doing it because he feel like he is being disrespected, as this will mostlikely happen frequently - which will have you quitting jobs weekly. However, this should be addressed. Don't ne afraid to report and confront inappropriate behavior.
