Jordan, stick to your financial plans you outlined you will be better off in the longrun, glad for all you've accommplished since your last video. Like many of your other followers I kept checking your channel to make sure I didn't miss an episode. As for the old barn take time to tear it down board by board then rebuild it closer to the house to meet your needs, it looks like there is lots of good wood there. looking forward to the next episode!

I know exactly what you mean about mowing cemeteries. At one point we were taking care of mowing 5 different cemeteries in Polk and Dallas counties. It's a lot of work and challenging to mow efficiently. Glad to see you doing so well. You'll blink and Cooper will be driving for real.

Man it's so good to see you again I will love watching you build the small cabin I actually built a small cabin on my property and its also 12x16 I dont have a loft but did put a 6 foot front porch with the roof over hang so you can sit out there if it rains I also wired it for electric and run a generator if I want to use it and put wood stove in for heat Cant wait for next video

Jordan that was great I enjoyed it thank you for the update I missed you when you made a video it was a great video I loved when you pulled your family in to them it showed they cared as much as you did your wife and kids were a great part to enjoy seeing you work with them when you got hurt and your wife helped and during filming the kids came out and helped fine family and good people and the older generation when you took the windmill down and bought it home great memory's 👍 thank you well keep my eyes open for you as alwaysnever miss a video and can't wait for next video thank you

Great seeing you again. My Wife and I paid off our home a while back. We will not touch credit cards or take out loans. In my humble opinion you are doing the right thing. Has long has you pay your taxes you will have a home. The land tax thing is just wrong, people who buy their land shouldn't have to worry about the county talking it all if you get behind. Just one of the things that grind my gears,so to speak. As always liked and shared.

In this day and age, you are much better off to get debt free. It's better for YOU to own your house than the bank. Anyone that thinks you can earn interest instead of paying off a loan, needs to go back to calculating interest rates. Jordan, I have missed your videos and I recognize it's a lot of work. You need to be all in if you want to make KZbin profitable.

I sold all of them. It was ether they sit and not have anything done to them for years or sell them and eventually buy a nicer one that I really want. I chose to sell them.
