Oohh Hello! I'm glad to know that you're happy in the US🥺 I'm not from US (in fact, I'm Brazilian) and the use of honorific language was very inusual!! Because we don't have it in Portuguese as well. Because I'm very familiar with japanese as well, both of those languages have very complicated systems and honorific language 🥲 But they're so beautiful I can't help but try to learn even if I feel like a fool or insecure that I'll not learn it🤣 Anyway, thank you for the podcast! I actually learned English in Korea. I went to college in the United States, which gave me a lot of exposure to English and chances to practice speaking.
