Love this song but brings so much emotion. My father was diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer last year. He passed away last Aug and a few weeks before he passed I heard this song. The words are what my dad would be singing if he was able to speak.

I pray the Father keeps you in His hand, leading and guiding you in His ways, training you to bear up under the suffering knowing that all these trials are not in vain. This is the narrow path. May He teach us to suffer well, for His is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever and ever. Ahmein.

I pray that you are doing well. Your comment really startled me, like a synchronicity... I found out today that my father has an aggressive and rare form of cancer in his lymph nodes. We are waiting to find out if it has spread to his vital organs. We are all so terrified, anxious, and exhausted. I just discovered this song today and it resonated with me deeply, it vocalized everything I am feeling right now, and likely what my father is feeling as well. God bless you, I pray that the Father showers peace upon you and your family. Please, if you see my comment, pray for me as well. Our family needs it.

@@siryizzur It is difficult to see the ones we love around us suffer. It gives us just a glimpse of the Fathers heart and pain to see His own Son suffer to save us. Praying for your family that you all would continue to seek and keep your eyes fixed to Jesus no matter what lies ahead. He is our one true comforter. We don’t always know the reason why God allows things to happen but find comfort in knowing that Gods plans are always perfect no matter what. “Proverbs 3:5-6~Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

@@steerdup3842 That means the world to me. There is nothing more powerful than prayer in this world. Thank you, brother. I finished praying for peace & healing upon you and your family shortly after reading your reply. My father has a very long, painful, and uncertain road ahead of him. I will continue to trust in God's plans for us... this all has to work out in the end no matter what the outcome, because like you said it is the perfect plan. Keep me in your prayers, and I will most certainly be keeping you in mine. May God bless you and yours.

I have been following your music for years. Your vulnerability and authenticity have deeply moved me in your words and your voice. And this song and video shines with that.
