Lil Juan, a boy from the westside had a forbidden love affair with tyson, the boss from the eastside. In the scene where he is in the bathroom they just has showered together. Then amber came in the house and Tyson left the bathroom to make her go away. and lil Juan was so scared that this Romeo and Juliet thing they had going on might come out so he comitted suicide (electricity + water). The detective who thought Tyson had killed lil Juan coldbloodedly so that the affair stayed secret, told the eastside boys that he would make Tyson go with them at midnight (so they could torture and kill him bc rival gang shit). The detective sees this as a win win situation. He gets the girl and there wouldnt be more killing (bc of the unsolved murder the two gangs wouldve started a war). He went to tysons house, told him that he knew about the secret love affair and that he gave amber the book with lil juans poems about their love which she would open at midnight and find out that tyson is gay and actually killed him. He offered tyson a deal: either tyson would voluntarily go with the eastside gang at (aka to death) and the detective would promise to never tell anyone about the secret OR Tyson stayed in and the detective would let amber go and tell everyone. So Tyson did it (the detective thought to protect his own reputation). But as Tyson walked into his death, the detective realized that lil Juan did it himself and that tyson was actually a good guy who died to protect lil juans reputation (being gay plus having an affair with the rival gang boss plus committing "weak" suicide). In the end the detective kept his promise and didnt tell anyone not even amber (he actually ripped out the most important paper of the poem book and kept it as a book mark).

Lena C,,, I watched, I think Juan was just in great fear of being discovered and accidentally committed his own death while clinging to the AC connected radio like a security blanket. There is also a misconception about ac electricity. An ac appliance into water will not always result in electrocution. Electricity always travels the least resistive path to it's source and there are many variables in this scenario. However, I do agree with all else you say.

I completely agree with you guys about all three actors. 👏 I also think the actor who played the protagonist is an awesome narrator. It might seem like a weird spot to reference, but at kind of around 9:10 in, there was one particular line that was so well acted it gave me chills. When he says she had a long walk home and from the looks of it, "without a sweatshirt".. I dunno just superb storytelling through his voice acting in this whole production. He had me hanging on every word.

👍👍👍 Love these shorts that Omeleto finds! I feel like I just watched a 2 hour great movie. This has all the main elements minus all the fill ins that movie makers put in a movie to make it last longer. This was a well rounded satisfying suspense - who done it movie only 25mins long. Well, if you might've not understood it I believe I might know. Little Juan was the one who died. He had a love affair with Tyson(I believe that's his name) who was kissing the "nerds crush" and he saw, then he had commit suicide with the radio from electricity. Tyson couldn't just keep his body so he put him in an alleyway and shot his head to try to show that he died from a gunshot and painting over a rival's gang (Rival to Little Juan's brother, Rival gang is Tyson btw) to cover it up, trying to imply that because Little Juan covered up their graffiti they shot him. I hope this covers it up!

I think to prevent a gang war from starting, Tyson made a deal with the rival mexican gang; they probably killed Tyson because they thought that he killed Little Juan, although Tyson knew the truth and wanted to protect his side. The protagonist did not find out that little Juan committed suicide after Tyson made the deal, and so Tyson died with his secret, and he couldn't reveal the truth in time.
