haha yeah, I was very annoyed! Thankfully I had the 891 to save the day! I am really loving the topper. I actually reprinted it using the "fuzzy skin" texture in Cura to give it some grip and it's even more fun to use now! Thanks for the design.

Sending on straight key is a blast! If you haven't read it yet, checkout the book "The CW Way of Life". Lot's of great instruction on sending with a straight key and not destroying your wrist in the process.

Wow, Solid incoming signals!!! I am going to have to get more info on the magnet mod to the putikeeg. You discover the issue with the QMX and the over voltage?

Yeah, I was really surprised at how well behaved the bands were that day! I haven't figured it out yet. It does have overvoltage protection but I turned that off and still got no transmission. Maybe a firmware bug or maybe Hans really doesn't want people to blow them up 😂

I am glad to hear you are using my video for practice. That's why I started uploading them! Your protocol was just fine. I don't even mind LICW or SKCC exchanges or even a ragchew during my activations. My only problem is sometimes my "POTA brain" kicks in and I don't copy as well as I should!
