Your caring and thoughtful commentary plus heartstopper was much needed for me tonight. It helped me escape my thoughts for a while and, with that, have my emotions settle down some. Thank you.

I adore your commentary so much. The way you feel about the boys is exactly how I feel. I feel so proud of them and how far they've come. My heart is bursting every time I watch HS ❤❤

Such an emotionally rich and rewarding show. And thanks for not trying to hide your tears - the more men who can openly and authentically show their emotions the better the world will be.

I *love* how much this show respects the actors. Having it all happen under the sheets is so refreshing

I love how much you love this show too. Nick is so relatable too. I love the entire friendship group so much

There is a final volume of the webcomic currently being written and released, and a fourth (and final) season of HS would be based on that, which may include the novella Nick and Charlie and aspects of Alice's first novel called Solitaire (where the characters of Nick and Charlie were introduced.) Netflix hasn't officially greenlit the last season, but I truly feel like they're just withholding that announcement for the drama. Fingers crossed!

The English education system goes up to year 13. Years 12 and 13 together are called 6th form The GCSES are taken at the end of year 11 Charlie is in year 11 and Nick is in year 12
@EdibleStars369Ай бұрын
Depends on your school and local area, some places don't have 6th forms, they have college, which is the same ages (16-18 years old), it just depends on the set up and what's around where you live to what kind you go to. Then you do exams at the end of that (A levels) which is what gives you points to get in to University (18+ years old)

The author is Jonathan Bailey. I highly recommend "Fellow Travellers" in which he stars.

Yes, Jonathan Bailey is a Bridgerton brother...he plays the oldest one, Anthony.

Love your reaction to HS ❤ There is only one writer for the show, and they are the writer/illustrator of the webcomic. Alice Oseman is a blessing to our world. Also, Spotify has an official playlist for all three seasons!

I've really enjoyed all your Heartstopper reactions! Your commentary and analysis have been lovely to hear. Like another commenter mentioned, season 4 has not been confirmed yet, but it would be the last season and cover the final volume of the graphic novel + novella. In this season, Charlie (and Tao and Isaac) are the UK equivalent of high school sophomores, and Nick (plus the rest of their friends) are juniors. The 4th season would cover Nick's senior year and into the summer before uni, and yeah, that conversation between Nick and Charlie about his uni options would definitely happen. Finger crossed we do get season 4! I do think they did a GREAT job of giving this finale a satisfying ending, though, in case it does end here.

Finally sitting down to watch this after a hectic few weeks and I've got the tissues ready 🤧 Update: the soundtrack of this show always impresses me so much! Also the tissues were, in fact, not enough 🫠 In relation to Charlie's mum, I agree, I definitely have moments of being hard on her character but it's also so easy to forget that parents are going through stuff for the first time with their kids sometimes. It can't have been easy to see her son struggle and feel like she missed the signs, etc - so i definitely reminded myself to see her side as well.

don’t do this. this is not ok to say to someone you do not know.
@sarasolomon4812Ай бұрын
That is incredibly rude, and apparently you miss the entire point of Heartstopper. People define themselves, whether they are LGBTQ+ or straight, and everyone else needs to accept and respect that.
