Jerome not only is super talented, but he's a super good guy. I went to HS with him, we were the same year. We sang back-up for Barry Manilow together (I was almost certainly the least talented person on that stage, but I'm not sure who was the most) and marched in Dublin's St Patrick's Day parade together in band. He was always a class act, although sometimes also a class clown, lol. His performance in Godspell his senior year was incredible, in fact the entire cast was (I was in almost every music group there, but not in any theater productions). They were so good that when I bought the Broadway recording, I thought that something was wrong, the Broadway cast singing was so inferior to Jerome and his castmates.
