Well, music means whatever you feel it means but here's my interpretation. Like alot of his songs it's most likely about his troubled youth with drugs. Hey Mr. Stargazer Give me a straight razor Don't let it all faze her When my news gets so major Mr. stargazer probably refers to his optimistic past self and the straight razor is his destructive tendencies, killing that side of him, what he used to be. Cause it don't stop No it don't end Oh when the seams will start wearing thin Oh and we'll see if the same thing goes for them Oh and I tried to start caring like you and like them When you said that I was killing myself I healed everything but my shame Here I think he is talking about his pain and struggle with mental illness, it doesn't end. He's worn out. He's coming undone. He struggles to care much, about anything (song by him: I Just Don't Care That Much). He's trying to be better and take of himself like he should. Killing himself refers to his troubled with drugs and alcohol. "Healed everything but my shame"... He has come out on the other side, made it out alive. But the shame of the place that once existed remains with him. Hey Mr. Trailblazer Spare you a joint paper It's strange how the days layer And weigh on you years later I think this is mainly about his regret and how he still feels shame about his past. Rest of the song also fits this theme
