I'm pretty sure Blitzo's dad Cash might be reasonable for his son causing the circus on fire, his wife who died there, and Fizz ended up in the hospital.

Cash and his unsafe practices caused the fire I mean why have fireworks in the same building as fire and oh maybe don’t give fizz a I wish you were my son card. Cash didn’t even try to save his wife blitz tried to. And Cash made him steal from Stolas as a child which means he was fine with him dying.

The card that he gave Fizz was the reason Blitz stormed off and knocked the cake over, so yeah I'd say his fault- Also, who in their right MIND thought it would be a good idea to put HELLFIRE on the cake? Like, we know lighters exist even in hell and human fire is harmless to them. Why don't just use that? If Cash was the one planning everything, double his fault but I do have a LOT of questions for whoever lit the candles on thag cake though.-
