Theyre not "idle" during their work time they do equipment checks, drills and lectures, all to learn and maintain the level of proficiency

@@kevinjohnson1477 a robot can learn and remember, carry heavier loads, withstand harsher conditions, etc. A firefighter only works in a real emergency. Else, they are idle. Might as well get a disposable robot.
